It's not often that people exceed your expectations but the Team at Good Life certainly made a difficult time better through their care and understanding. Sarah lead the way and I can't say enough about how pleased I was with her and the other team members and their services. This is not a service that you would think about using again or often but as it is an inevitable part of life I would simply share that while it was clear that other providers use the vulnerable state of their customers grief to their advantage, I felt I was in good hands with Good Life and give them (and Sarah!) my highest recommendation and gratitude.

Great service, used for both grandpas who passed within three months of one another. Great price for the package offered for their memorial services. It included the cremation, picking up the body, thank you cards, death cert, life card, two hour service and a flash drive to add photos too. The sitting area seats about 50 people I believe and the food area is small but gets the job done. The staff was very helpful in the consultation and quick with any response and accommodation. The staff was also very helpful during the service and with setting up before hand.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The passing of a loved one is so hard and having to deal with all the responsibility of everything that comes with it is even harder. Sarah and Brittany do such a great job at making everything so simple and not as overwhelming as it can be. I highly recommend this place. The pricing is realistic and better than other places in the east Orlando area. I love that its one family at a time as opposed to other funeral homes. The space is a bit limited inside but there is plenty of parking. They have a kitchen available and one bathroom for both sexes. Overall, highly recommend!

Our family chose Good Life Funeral Home after the passing of my father this year (2017) for cremation services. The whole staff made the process so easy for us in this difficult time of our lives by fully explaining every detail of the process, all costs and our options for services and ceremonies, and what was needed to complete his cremation. Their services were affordable for our family when we didn't have much financially. They even went above and beyond and helped us with burial services at the National VA Cemetery, which even included a flag folding ceremony with a 21-gun salute for my father, a US Navy Vet. This meant everything to our family and we would definitely recommend Good Life to anyone. Thank you all so much for your help, patience, and kindness when we needed it most!

It's been 6 months since I lost my first born son Roger, Jr. and I am finally able to deal with writing my review of Good Life Funeral Home. If there was one bright spot in going through the ordeal of losing my son and best friend in life it was dealing with Sarah and the staff at Good Life. They all know what you are going through at this dreadful time in your life and do their very best to make your experience a caring and respectful one. They make you feel like they are part of your family and are going through the same feelings you are. They are pleasant, respectful, and offer the sincerest sympathy you so need and deserve. Sarah explains the entire process step by step, including different products and services and the price for each. She doesn't push things on you but rather leaves it to you to decide what you want. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is excellent, handling only one funeral service at a time. I want to thank the entire staff at Good Life Funeral Home and Crematory for making my son's service a beautiful, sacred one and my experience as pain free as possible. Thank you so much, Sarah. Not just Brittany but everyone was gracious and compassionate as they assisted us through all the cremation procedures. They communicated directly with my sisters in Chicago and Puerto Rico to give directions on how to submit the necessary notarized forms for cremation. They had urn samples on premises for easier selection than from catalogues. They posted my mother's obituary for easy access for family and friends. They never rushed me as I considered my choices. I highly recommend Good Life, their efficiency and reasonable prices cannot be matched.
