Patricia Ann Skoll

Patricia “Trishy” Skoll Patricia Ann Levis Skoll of Orange City FL went to her heavenly home on August 10, 2018. She was born on February 7, 1938 in St Albans VT to Evelyn Levis. She grew up in Montgomery VT. Was baptized at the United Methodist Church in Montgomery where she later taught Sunday School and sang in the church choir. She graduated from Enosburg Falls High School in 1956 and then worked as a secretary/bookkeeper for the Sheldon Pulp Mill and the Kendall Company until her daughter was born. She was a homemaker thereafter. She became the bride of Robert Skoll on February 4, 1961. They made their home in Montgomery for 30 years until they retired and relocated to Orange City, FL. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, mother-in-law and daughter. Her family was her world and she enjoyed spending time with them any chance she could. She was affectionately renamed “Trishy” by her darling granddaughter, Taylor. They enjoyed many adventures together and were “joined at the hip” from the start. Her greatest pleasures in life revolved around their time together. Patty loved to travel and took as many road trips as possible, as often as possible. As she traveled across the country she enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and views and always commented on how beautiful and unique God made everything. From the shores of Maine to the coast of California, she found beauty in all of it. She also loved dancing. She and Bob two-stepped, waltzed, square danced and did the polka every chance they got and everywhere they travelled across the country. She was fun, creative, imaginative and intelligent. She loved babies and small children. Loved to shop, doodle, draw and had a great eye for decorating. She spent the last two years in a care facility with her mother, Evelyn. They were roommates and shared a remarkable bond that even the debilitation of dementia did not break. She leaves behind her daughter, Robin Dunton, son-in-law, Tim Dunton and her precious granddaughter, Taylor Dunton – all of Orlando, FL Aunt, Joyce (Richard) Prout of Daytona Beach, FL; sister-in-law, Judith (John) May of Tucson AZ; step-brother Gary (Camilla) Brouillette of Websterville, VT; nephew, Wayne (Pamela) Raymond of Morrisville, VT; niece, Sheila (Rip) Russell of Duxbury, VT; cousins Robert (Jill) Levis, Mary (John) Bateman, Candace (Larry) Testaverde & Dawn Prout; three great-nieces and one great nephew. She is preceded in death by her dancing partner husband, Robert; mother & step-father, Evelyn & Ami Brouillette; grandparents, William & Florence Levis; and uncle & aunt Robert & Carolyn Levis. A private service will be held at Risen Savior Lutheran Church in Orlando, FL For those who wish, contributions in Trishy’s memory may be made to Risen Savior Lutheran Church 1331 S.
