Kay Ang Tan was born on July 1, 1920 in Fookien, China. She was 101 years old when she went to be with the Lord on April 16, 2022 with her family by her side. She married the late Sergio Tan (who passed away 2007) in Cebu, Philippines for several decades and relocated to Florida, USA. She is an amazing, wonderful, loving Mother. One of a kind grandmother, very generous, kind Great grandmother. She loved cooking for church events in Cebu, Philippines and attended the Cebu Christian Gospel Church. Kay is survived by her daughter, Milagros "Mila" Tan Yap; son, Alex A. Tan; son, Benjamin A. Tan (wife, Corazon Tan); son, Camelo A. Tan (wife, Lilia O'Rourke); son, Daniel A. Tan; son, Edward A. Tan (wife, Carmen Tan); daughter, Linda T. Danlag (husband, Enrico Danlag); son, Ramon Tanbonching (wife, Carmelita Tan); daughter, Aida T. Sloan; son, Michael A. Tan (wife, Rosie Tan); 23 grandchildren, Leslie (Armand), Liezel, Lorelei, Lalaine, Eric (Pam), Amy (Steve), Lindsey (John), Benjamin, Jr. (Lina), Maria Teresa (John), Gina (Ashley), Melody (Jose), Cristina (George), McMillan, Thelda Faye (Kevin), Jenny (Ferdinand), Jil-Lou (Purisimo "Bong"), Rick Lancaster (Jocelyn), Prince Jefferson (Ella), Stephanie (James), Rosemarie (the late, Michael Biggar), Michael Royce, Michael, Jr., and Michelle Micah Rose; 22 great grandchildren, Brandon, Mason, Karina, Alex, Ava Rose, Sophia, Aidan, Noah, Owen, Ana Kay, Abigail, Athena, Giann Andre, Gabrielle Alyanna, Jody, Dylan, Paige Autumn, Yuri, Nathan, Braden Michael, Christopher, and Alexander; former daughter-in-law, Josie Tan and other extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Sergio Tan. There will be a viewing on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4PM-8PM at Good Life Funeral Home located at 8408 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32817. Services will take place at the funeral home at 4:30PM. She was a super mother in raising 10 kids and all her kids, by the Grace of God, grew up to be a God-fearing people. She continues to bless the next generation and generation to come after. She is deeply loved, highly favored and richly blessed by God. We can see God's love and grace through her; she spent Easter this year in Heaven. We all loved her dearly and we will surely miss her! She will always forever be in our hearts. Mama, Thank you for everything! 'Till we met again!
